Founded in 2007 as a CEO roundtable serving the catering industry, Leading Caterers of America has grown to become a consortium of almost sixty of the top caterers in the United States and Canada. To become a member of the LCA, caterers must pass a peer review which evaluates the quality of their business from a 360-degree perspective. Membership in LCA is limited, with a few exceptions, to one member company in a given market. As of 2017, the LCA member companies represent almost $650M in annual catering sales.
